Our website address is: http://watertaxipula.com. ( you actually landed on our site ) WE are a company Located in Pula, Croatia and Love to ride the boats. We will not disclose of anything that happens on the boat ( What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas , well that is applied to us as well – What happens on our boats stays on our Boats !!! ) Nobody will know that we take you to a place to see the dolphins or Tuna or that you had an exiting tour in company of your dog, cat, seagull  🙂

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

We collect your email and the information you willingly write in the contact form .. so if you wish not to give us consent for your email send come and talk to us , or send a pigeon . We will gladly send you our coordinates.

Sometimes we check that the website is working , especially in the winter time , so we use the google analytics , real time Tracking , but then we remember that is winter and that our website is actually working but nobody is looking out for a ride

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Just in case that you rent a boat by yourself ( not using the skipper option ) than our government require that you have the valid licence and to sign the contract. In case that you deny to provide that information that you can opt to use the Skipper option ( he has the NDA agreement signed so do not worry nobody will know that you had a sunburn on the Brijuni Island )

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service and usually delete because most of the comments that we get is just spamming with some links to some other sites.

We receive data from weather forecasting institute ( oo that is important , need to know if on that day the whether will be great for your boat experience ) Then form your email provider, if you send us a email of course . And some data form google but that one we are not really interested in . Is much better the talk one to one so that we can decide what is the best boat experience needed for your pleasure .

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We use your data provided to specify the best experience we can give you for your panorama, sightseeing ( tour we can not say by our government ) ride, or some adventure . We do need to ask you some basic information , do you need Champagne or Rose Vine  for your romantic sunset marriage proposal  ( that goes by email or you have our phone number, we do have whutsup , viber , Facebook messenger )

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements

We only need to disclose the rent a boat agreement  and payment made .. and if you send us the reservation by bank wire then your bank and our bank will have the details.
